Fully managed payroll service for smaller companies

We can act as your wages department so you do not require any specialist staff.

Once your company and employee information has been created on our system, the scheme operates on simple forms supplied by us and completed by you, for each payroll run. Once the information has been processed we send you a payslip for each member of staff, comprehensive reports for accounting purposes and transfer the salaries to the individual's bank account.

All technical and legal aspects of PAYE are covered by us too. The annual return of P11D expenses and benefits is a complex task requiring expertise in the field to ensure accuracy.

Supporting HR departments in larger companies

Many of our larger clients prefer to run the day to day payroll function themselves with support from our Omnilink input system. The software is loaded onto your own PC and payroll input data, submitted by you is then downloaded to PSC via modem. Reports and payslips for each employee are despatched to you and payslip data can be collected by you after each payroll run via your PC for on-screen view.
