My work builds on my experience as a corporate finance advisor working for “big 4” accountants Deloitte until the age of 37, ultimately heading the corporate finance practice out of Cambridge. Now I work through my own business, Keen Advice, enabling you to benefit from many years’ experience of advising on corporate acquisitions and disposals.
Reputation
I work hard to build on my reputation for providing high quality transaction advice and am very happy to provide references from people I have worked for in the past. Because I work for few clients at a time, client satisfaction has a great impact on my business. Performing strongly for each client I work with is a very high priority for me.
Personal Input
I handle every project personally and my business model does not involve passing responsibility for work on to junior team members. By choosing me, you have the full attention of an individual with “big 4” pedigree. Because of the approach I take to my business I believe I offer a superior level of service and better value for money than you would expect to receive from another firm employing someone of my experience.
Motivation
I have no partner profit targets to meet or large organisational overheads to service. Unlike other firms, any fee structure we agree will hit my own personal P&L, not that of a partner or shareholder elsewhere in the firm. This makes me highly motivated to generate a successful outcome for you.
